Create A Gangsheet
If you are unfamiliar or unsure how to create a gangsheet, we can do it for you! Only select this option, if you need a gang sheet created based on the options you choose below. For best printing results, ensure your artwork meets the specifications for DTF printing.

Upload A Gangsheet
Only use this option if you already have a gangsheet. You just need for us to download and print it. Note: We will not edit your images or files and will print as is. For best printing results, ensure your artwork meets the specifications for DTF printing.
Background Transparency
Images with a background will be printed as is unless you request for Background removal services.
Color Limitations
NONE. You can print as many colors using DTF...even designs with photographs
Show Throughs
DTF Transfers feel softer than vinyl, but may still have the heated-on (thick) feel. To make it feel softer, integrate blank spaces into your design.
Soft edges
Soft edges and semitransparent pixels may print white. Please make sure your image has hard edges
Minimum line width
0.019" Any section of the graphic that has a width less than 0.019 inches may not adhere to apparel.

FULFILLMENT
Orders will be ready/ship out 1-3 days after all artwork is approved and/or optimized. Should AGED. find ghost images, semi-transparencies, or pixelation on images, we will reach out to the client to inform them of the issues and request better quality images. The DTF transfers will then be printed and shipped out within 3 days of receiving updated graphics.
SHIPPING (Domestic)
1. The primary shipping service to be used is Bahamasair & Mailboat and estimated delivery time is based on estimates given by the aforementioned.
2. Shipping rates are estimated, and AGED will cover actual shipping costs up to 120% of the estimated shipping cost paid by the client when they order.
3. Should the actual shipping cost be more than 120% of the amount paid by the client, AGED reserves the right to invoice the client for additional shipping fees or to give the client the option of changing to a more economical shipping option.
RETURNS
To return an AGED DTF Transfer Order:
1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at orders@antoniasgifts.com and request an RMA number.
2. Let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, photos of the defective product , and the reason you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Clients can return defective transfers.Defective transfers include those that do not adhere to fabric, crack in one to two washes, and those that are misprinted. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.AGED's responsibility ends when the transfers are delivered to the carrier. Antonia’s Gifts Embroidery & Design (AGED) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR REPRINTING ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DELIVERED/ PICKED UP LATE BY THE CARRIER OR CLIENT.
What cannot be returned/reprinted:
1. DTF Transfers that have color shifts due to print files submitted.
2. Pixelated prints that result from poor graphics submitted by the client.
3. Prints with grammatical/design errors made by the designer.
4. Prints with a white outline/halo resulting from semitransparent pixels in original artwork.
5. Transfers that are damaged by the courier.
6. Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, and other irregularities that were submitted or approved by the client for printing
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Returns for refund: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
